A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME:

Please allow me to introduce myself and give you some insight as to who I am, how I conduct my business, and why I love what I do.

I have lived in the Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, and Carlisle area for over 30 years so I am very familiar with all that our beautiful surroundings have to offer.  In my years practicing real estate I realize that I truly love everything about the business and believe it shows in my enthusiasm of the process.  I have always loved working with the public and began as a bar manager working in that industry off and on for over 20 years.  I additionally worked for a builder for roughly eight years and thoroughly enjoyed the building industry, working with clients from start to finish in designing their new homes. I also managed 41 property rental units owned by the builder and remained on call 24/7 to handle tenant needs. This aspect of my job showed me the reality that this business has never been nor will be, a 9-5 job.

During my years in the new construction and interior design fields I gained a lot of knowledge about construction which aided my development in pricing existing homes and determining the quality of construction and design aspects used.  During this time I also learned to stage homes for re-sale and loved showcasing a property at its best.  This has been very helpful in my real estate career.

I consistently demonstrate hard work, energy, integrity, and passion in every detail of my business.  One of my favorite things about practicing real estate is that it gives me the opportunity to do what I love; communicate with people about an industry I have a true passion for.  While counseling clients, my personality and transparency allow me to educate those in the negotiations by engaging them every step of the way.  I pride myself on open communication and realize that this goes beyond negotiations and settlement.

In my personal life, my partner (Ken) and I are dog lovers and have a German Shepard named Samson, a Doberman named Sophia, and 2 kitties named Boo Boo and Shadow.  When we can get away we love to pack the gang up and head out in our motor home to travel with our group of close knit friends and family to various camp grounds.
